Steven Miranda
Steven founded USA Drain & Plumbing Works, Inc. in 2018 and quickly earned a reputation as one of the top plumbing companies in the Coachella Valley, known for delivering the highest quality service and exceptional customer care.
Serving both residential and commercial clients, Steven is available around the clock, 24/7. He continuously strives to improve, leading by example and inspiring his team to uphold the USA Drain & Plumbing standard of care he has established with his customers.
Passionate about his career, Steven had a vision to become the best plumbing company in the Coachella Valley. A key part of that vision has been giving back to the community. Through multiple donations, charity events, and giveaways, Steven and his team are committed to making a positive impact and supporting the community in any way they can.
Whether working in the field, the office, attending meetings, or putting in extra hours, Steven always makes time for his wife and two beautiful children.
Roger Miranda
Plumbing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Coming from a family of skilled plumbers, it was almost second nature for me to follow in their footsteps. I began my career in plumbing in 2007 as a helper at a large corporate plumbing company. While the work was often tough and stressful, it was also incredibly rewarding. Helping customers in their time of need has always made the challenges worthwhile. Over the years, I honed my skills, gained experience, and eventually rose to the position of general manager at the company.
Despite my success, in 2022, I took the leap and joined USA Drain & Plumbing Works, a fast-growing company that was making a big impact in our area. This decision wasn’t easy for me—I’m someone who values stability and strives to make the best of my current situation rather than constantly seeking something “better.” But looking back, it’s one of the best choices I’ve made for my career.
At USA Drain & Plumbing Works, I found a company that truly values its employees, offering a balance between hard work and a healthy, fulfilling personal life. The leadership here understands the importance of family, and they encourage all of us to prioritize time with loved ones, pursue hobbies, and enjoy life outside of work. I’m fortunate to have been married to my wife for 18 years, and together, we have two young boys. This company’s family-oriented culture aligns perfectly with my values, and it has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
As I continue my career, I am excited to be part of a team that’s focused not only on business success but also on the well-being of its people. For me, plumbing is more than just a trade—it’s an opportunity to make a difference, both in the lives of our customers and in the lives of those I work with.
Melody Marinez
Since the inception of USA Drain & Plumbing Works, Melody Martinez has played a crucial role in the company’s success. Her deep knowledge of the industry, combined with her dedication to improving the business day by day, ensures the smooth operation of our team. Thanks to her contributions, our staff can focus fully on serving our customers, knowing the internal processes are in expert hands.
Melody has played a key role in the company’s growth, taking charge of training all office staff and staying ahead of new OSHA, state, and accounting regulations. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to compliance have made her an invaluable asset to our team.
In close collaboration with the CEO and General Manager, Melody ensures the company remains aligned with regulatory requirements and stays ahead of industry changes, enabling us to continuously improve our services.
Outside of work, Melody is passionate about traveling and exploring new destinations. She loves sharing these experiences with her daughters, introducing them to the diverse cultures and natural wonders the world has to offer.
Michelle Lopez
Michelle Lopez is the dedicated office assistant at USA Drain & Plumbing Works, with a passion for both her career and community. While working towards securing an accounting degree, Michelle continues to thrive in her role, assisting with appointments and ensuring the smooth operations of the office and field team.
A proud local to the Coachella Valley, Michelle has been an active volunteer since a young age, always seeking ways to give back. This dedication to service has deepened her sense of community, a quality that shines through when assisting you with plumbing needs.
Confident in handling any plumbing call, Michelle’s goal is to make every interaction as efficient as possible, all while ensuring seamless coordination between the office and field technicians.
Raul Cardoso
Hello, my name is Raul Cardoso, and I’ve been in the plumbing industry for nine years. My career began at Coachella Valley Water District in the sanitation department, where I gained valuable experience in operating heavy equipment, repairing and installing new valves, and ensuring that sewage was properly directed to our dump stations across various locations.
After five years, I decided to take my skills to the private sector and joined a major plumbing company. There, I spent several years growing professionally and gaining management experience. Eventually, I saw an opportunity to expand my expertise at USA Drain and Plumbing, where I now serve as a project supervisor.
As a project supervisor, my focus is on solving our customers' problems. I prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring they never feel taken advantage of. I’m passionate about providing quality service and making a difference in our clients’ lives.
Outside of work, I am a proud father of three beautiful kids. Every morning, I wake up motivated to make them proud. In my spare time, I love coaching my kids in sports, especially baseball and softball. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’m grateful that USA Drain and Plumbing shares these same values.
Matthew Vasquez
Hello, my name is Mathew Vasquez, and I have been with USA Drain and Plumbing for four years. However, I've had the privilege of working alongside the owner for over 10 years. My background includes knowledge in basic construction, but plumbing has always been my true passion. When I saw the opportunity to join the USA team, I jumped at it, and it has truly been a life-changing experience.
I began my journey as a helper and quickly advanced to the role of project supervisor. Today, I oversee and complete major projects for the company, while still making time to perform service calls and assist our valued customers.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my wife and beautiful daughter, who are my greatest joy.
